Paid Rs. 2000. to get my mortgage deed registered at the Mysore South ********** Office. Out of 2000, I received the receipt for about Rs. 370 (for registration, scanning fee, etc), I believe the broker took about 400, the ********** took 500 just to put her signature (the young lady with name plate of ************, BSc, MBA) and the rest of the amount was split between the staff (clerks and computer operators). The lady was taking money so openly, my wife and I were disgusted by it. I'm thinking to go there again with a hidden cam just to record it and put it on the web. Now I don't feel bad for business people and other private company employees to make-up things for saving taxes.
