My mom & dad were admitted in the Bokaro General Hospital after their discharge I went to the records department for getting their mediclaim forms processed. The person over their told me to come after 20-25 days, I asked him why, he told me that for completing the formalities it will take this much time, but if you want early then give Rs. 100 for each form. I paid him the money & he processed it in 7 days but when I reached there after 7 days he told me that they didnt put stamp on the forms, I told him that the stamp is required then he asked me for 100 rs. more. I didnt paid him that time & told him its his duty & I already paid him so first complete it then I will pay after 3 days I got the forms & I didnt paid the remaining Rs. 100, I told him the previous was enough.
