Paid Bribe to a Traffic Police

I was caught by Traffic Police for Drunk and Drive so they took my vehicle and the next day i paid the Fine which is Rs.1500/-. Even after paying the fine Traffic Police didn't release my vehicle. Finally he asked Rs.300/- in cash and Rs.300/- Recharge for his mobile. So in total i have paid *******
