Paid a bribe for writing the test

Police took bribe for helping me to take an online test for issue of learners licence. Could not avoid it as I already wrote 2 times and failed. I had to approach a broker and he took 500 rupees and promised me a learners licence on the same day. Otherwise I had to go atleast 3times for getting my job done.
