Paid bride to Policeman for fingerprinting required for PCC of Canada

I was asked to pay a bribe at Nerul Police Station by a constable to permit me to complete my PCC formalities. The bribe was not paid to expedite but I was asked to pay 1000 rupees and I was given an informal receipt of Rs 600 . I was informed the 400 rupees are for processing for which no receipt was to be given. I was also given a warning that in case I keep insisting on the Rs400 receipt then I would never complete the PCC formalities.
