I paid 3000 to get the health certificate from Asst. Civil Surgeon at Osmania Hospital.
Also the security guard was not leaving me without taking Rs.300 as tip to let me meet civil surgeon. I don't understand why the system wants signature from this corrupt surgeons who don't care for person's health.
He openly said give money or go away I don't care and there is nobody else in the city who will you this signature without money.

You a high level of crime in govt hospital by so called govt. officer.
