I was about to join my engineering. So i thought to take my matric certificate. As my result was in pending(a tern in Bihar if result is not declare on paper, result directly come to school, so certificate use to be with board) so I need to got o matric board office in Ranchi. I asked for certificate to clerk. he said me to wait outside. The same time, a guy come to me. he ask...why i am here. I told the reason. He said me to pay 650 bribe and get Ur certificate right now. I immediately went to clerk. he said no..u don't need to pay any bribe. When i asked whether I could get certificate today?
His reply was some on next Saturday. It means that I have to run after him if I won't pay bribe. That was clear to me that if I stay for those many day or do up-down, i will waste the same amount of money. so thought to pay. Later I negotiated with pion, and paid 450 to get. Ironically the same person signed the document and gave me. so shame less...
