This is another intersting one..Nobody can get their legal marriage certificate unless you pay huge money or have someone political strong connection..

Local Tehsildar who suppose to be providing the Marriage Certificate after paying all legal fees asked for 5000 INR.. and after refusing he refused to issue the certificate..

Finally had to pay otherwise I would not be able to proove my legal relationship with my wife at local immigration department...
