as this name. 6 years back i lost my 10th certificate. i went recently to my village to apply for duplicate. inoreder to get sign form police official i had to pay money. they cleverly did not taking money but asked me to go to stationery shop and purchase stationery there i paid 400/-. they took bill claimed as if they paid money from them.
