Paid Rs 200 for Re Issue of Birth Certificate

I have applied for duplicate issue of birth certificate in Jamshedpur Notified Area Sakchi Jamshedpur but the officer informed me that they don't have digital records and many files where destroyed therefore they are not able to find the old files. After that i requested officer to some how do my work whatever he will ask i will pay him. Next day he called me and informed that he found file and i can collect my birth certificate by evening. He asked me for Rs 500 and after negotiation i paid Rs 200.
