Paid Rs100/- bribe to get LLR

There was a guy with a basket and giving away some army posters irrelevant to the RTO office was collecting Rs100/- forcibly. He was inside the Break Inspector's office and supposed to organize people in queue to get his signature. After paying this attended the LLR test in the computer.
Actually there was another guy out there filling up the answers instead of me doing and pzhook, got LLR. What a way to get LLR.... Mera ********** Mahaan, ********** **********.
