Paid Rs.3000 for a Birth certificate.

I was born at Home in Tumkur back in the days. I lost my old birth certificate. The Corporation/Law enforcment togather siphoned Rs.3000 just to give me my own birth certificate. Beware of these cronies. Where is my country going?? Can this be stopped in the near future?
