I paid the amount for correcting their mistake in marriage certificate issued during 2008. The name was written as " Chirag" instead of "Chirag Dhanji Patel" for my son. Our original memorandum filed was correctly filed. But the clerk didn't agree to go back to the original memorandum. As we needed the same urgently, we had no other option but to agree to throw a piece of bread to the dog.
