Dear Sir,
We have to partition the plot on my name and brother name , so we send the file to local department in Hinghanghat . First HDO is not allowing us to approach then we tried hard and approached to know the status of our file . it Took around 8 to 9 months most of time, officer will be seek and he has some personal work like is not duty so no one is take care to do our work. After 100 of visit to Office from hinghanghat finally we are manage to send the file to Wardha city survey dept. We are trying hard to pass our file and make the work done. After 2 months status of file is same its not moved further , After 50 visited to office and spend around 6 month , we came to know we have to give bribe . Then we approached agent and our work is done within 1 month . file returned to Hinghanghat again . Again we did lot of effort and paid small amount of bribe and file will be signed after 1 month.
So to pass small partition work it took around 2 years .
Helo Sir my question to government why they are forcing us to pay tax , if there is no service. Government has to follow strict process to provide the service in time bound manner and People have the right to complaint about the office to police station in very low level.
