The guy who delivers passports at Chennai GST road head post office demanded a payment of Rs. 50 /- when he came to give my passport. I refused to pay him and collected my passport. 2 days later my mother had to get her passport and this fellow dodged her, threatened to send her passport back saying the recipient was not available etc unless she paid him Rs. 100/- Since she was in a hurry to travel and didn't want to go through the hassles of getting the passport back, she paid him the money.
