Passport verification

I got a call from City thana .He ask me to come to their office for verification with two neighbors and with an affidavit. I went there and after verification he ask for bribe from me. I don't know his name but he is working on post of Munshi there. Local police is so irritating some time they ask for money even if we want to register a F.I.R. So many time i didn't register a FIR due to their behavior.
