Hi ,
It happened 4 yrs back, there was a passport mela conducted in our college and we all 4000 students applied for passport. After few months there was a police verification for passport and a constable came to our hostel for verification. And we were 180 people stayin in hostel and the PC collected Rs.200 from each to approve it. Total Rs.36000 in just 2 hrs of verification.
And this is just the hostel guys who paid Rs.36000 and i am not aware of the rest 3820 students of my college who applied the same day.
