Designation don't know. he asked me for 200 INR, I asked for what purpose? he said for stamp duty and all. I asked for receipt, but he said it will come with passport. I thought okay. Then after I called my friend and told him incident. He said no need to pay money, that will goes into his pocket. And that was bribe. And no receipt will come with passport. I was shocked and report here. I request action to be taken against him.
