We are forced to pay around Rs.15/- extra during delivery of Gas Cylinder else hear humilating / insulting words from the delivery goonda. The amount collected from all over the cities and entire country wherever this practice exists, will run into crores of Ruppes. This CAN'T be stopped by single hapless individuals. A big campaign is required by NGOs like Janagraha by which citizens join together to break this extortion.
