He demanded money, or if he wont apprv it,in my photo my hair was shaven & @ passport office refuse to take hard photograph copy, police officer said he will report it as a false identity & block my passport, his name is Dominic cop from Ernakulam station. I wont get my passport unless i pay him the money he demanded, he was a cruel intented man, i dont know how these kind of people enter into police services,...i refused to pay him money but my friend & mother out of fear gave the money, friend said i need to pay him next week also please help me , I dont know where to complaint it.....this is a routine thing happening to all people they just afraid to admit it my no ******* ,
