Well had to get my wife PCC and my PCC from local Police station. They called me in at my landline and told me to bring my wife. So i did.. then they handed over the docs to get the witness signed on it and bring it back. I knew that they are going to ask money when I will take it back.
Finally after doing all work, When i took back to local police station they asked me 5000INR and I refused to pay for it.. Same story they said well It's ok if don't want to pay but they will not provide me the PCC..
After paying 2500 they handed me PCC after 2 days..
**********I feel lucky I am out of that ********** and don't have to deal with India's govt. department at all..
