Police demanded bribe for getting back my vehicle

My bike was towed from infront of Gopalan signature mall for parking in no parking area on 11/11/2016. So to retrieve it back, I went to traffic police station in jeevanbheemanagar at night around 8:45 PM. I was willing to pay full amount 750 INR with a receipt. But the police there insisted me to pay a lower amount without receipt. And If I needed a receipt come next day morning. When I said then I'll come tomorrow, their tone became threatening and they said if I need receipt, it is going to be a big tension for me, better pay 350 now and get the bike now, without any hazzle. I had to do as they said. There were 19 other bikes towed with mine. And they towed all of them just make money and not because of any commitment to duty. I want to stop these policemen taking advantage of this law. I don't have any names. Pardon me. I was too tensed at the moment to notice them
