He asked for 1000 rs and settled for 500 rs as I was jobless. They have great connections with passport agents and without agents they will ask for twice or thrice the bribe. Police accept bribe sitting comfortably in Police station in his official chair. We poor fellows do not have choice but to pay him bribe money
