I am student and now studying in USA. I paid bribe for my passport verification. I was against paying that money but my parents kind of made me pay that so things will happen quickly and swiftly. I still regret it.
I don't know about other departments, but as far as my experience, police department is most corrupt dept. I started feeling this more after coming to US and comparing it with our department. Its shameful.
