We a set of friends opposite to express avenue mall went to give gifts to the child care NGO, I don't want the name of the NGO to be published. We parked near a shop which was closed which din't even had no parking board. We went to NGO, gave gifts and returned. Initially a constable came and said that the shop owner called to police station naming our vehicle as unknown vehicle. They started telling as what if I a bomb is there since vehicle is unknown but we said it was there for only ten minutes. We asked for shop owner number, he didn't give. Later the constable called SI. He said if you people are not going to pay us then you need to pay fine of 5000 like that. SI came and suddenly constable took me over to some other place and asked how much you have and how much can be given. We were not having any money except 200. All we spent for gift. They said if we are not gonna give then complaint will be booked on us. My friend was having 200 and we gave that. Police officer SI name is Arul.I don't remember the road name, but it was opposite to EA mall which had Tasmac.
