I had applied for passport, the police officer called me to the police station for police verification. The police verification went smoothly. No one in the station asked about any type of bribe in station. I was very much impressed that time thinking that these police officers are prompt and not corrupt. My impression went wrong when the police man visited our home to ask the Rs 500 as a bribe. when asked why to pay bribe he said to my parents that why are you cribbing when your son is earning. I strongly urge we should bring arabic laws where limbs are chopped of a criminals should be applied to such corrupt peoples.
