The post man was from Ballygunge post office in Kolkata. He came around 12.30 PM today to deliver my sons passport and wanted a bribe of Rs 200/-. He said he will see to it that it gets misplaced in the post office if it is returned back, so the only option left was to pay and receive it. By the way to get an appointment with the passport office a bribe of Rs 300/- is mandatory for all.
