I stay in Nizampet Village, Hyderabad.

Today while I'm in office, Postman came with passport and demanded 100Rs from my wife to give passport for my one year daughter. Initially he asked to show DOB certificate of my daughter and after verifying he demanded that 100Rs should be given.

We're helpless and gave the amount to take the passport.
