I was buying a flat in BTM.I have paid Rs.11,000 as bribe in Koramangala BDA to complete my Registration process in One Day.I thaught as I can't speak local language(KANNADA) ********** be for that I had to pay this much amount as Bribe, but later i got know who all have baught their flat/property in bangalore has paid bribe and this amount is ady by day increasing(BRIBE rate hike is more than the salary hike of a s/w engineer in bangalore).Not only this after doing the registration they asked for scanning fee Rs.800 as bribe(because all govt fees are paid which includes stamping & scanning).It's common to every city in India but rate is varying only.I am also sure if i did not gave bribe then the registration process would take at list 1 month or more.There was a chance to loose the job if i take leave so many days for registration.Even after 60 years of Independence in our country corruption is everywher.Then how we can expect our country as DEVELOPED country in future? Becuase it will never come....
