Public lute with police help in IRCTC
My friend had to transfer his bike from chennai to ernakulam.. we went to central station chennai, and one coolie took our case even before we get down from our bike.. there was a mediator who speaks hindi and tamil and he asked us to pay 1200 + 720( irctc transfer rate).. he said packing alone would cost 1200.. we tried to check with the counter and they didnt give any reply at all.. He told us to come back after sometime. We were always accompanied by that coolie and he was talking to him too.. Then i checked with other people over there who are tryin for the same and they said they too is paying the same amount.. i happen to ********** one guy who paid 750rs.. Then i saw one guy who came alone with his bike packed by himself and was tryin his heart out to get the paper signed by that police officer .. Police officer was not signing the paper telling like time is over and all (there is nothin like time limit:, we got signed by him only once we paid the bribe..).. It seems like a big gang doing this buisness making lots of money just like that.. Don't know how to take up this case..I hope one day we can eradicate this *******
