I bought a property under Nelmangla registrar. When i went personally to get my property registered the official people said that govt. has stopped duing registry as of now. Then i went and met an advocate and he told me he will get it done. On the fixed date i went to the registrar's office and i got my registry done. I paid a bribe of 28000 wherein my total govt fees was only 25000 that means i paid more than the govt fees as bribe. This racket is very professioanl. One of the ex registrar who is retired comes and he sits near the pharmacy. We have to go and give hime the money and he counts and if its ok.. then he will give you a white paper with something written on it in Kannada and then you have to go to the registrar and he will do the registry. This is so patethic. If something can be done it will be of a miracle
