I recently(8months back) purchased a plot in Hydernagar,Kukatpally. Before registration, I went to registra office, took EC and enquired if there are any issues with that servey no etc. Clerk and other agents(who have offices in and around registra office and do the documentation work) told that that registrar will do the registration only if I pay 25K-30K. I approached Registar with the help of a clerk and he demanded 25K. As I have already paid some amount to Seller(towards Advance and agreem,ent) I forced to accept the deal.
I paid 25K and got registration.
