We had gone to the BDA complex, near Domlur bus stand to get our marriage registered.
the place is such a mess, they collected a bribe of 3000 from us, saying this is how we can finish the matter, and this was when we went the third time to get it done, so since we didnt want to spend anymore of our working days in that dirty unorganized office, we paid the bride and got our certificate done.
