When i went for submitting learner's license application the inspector asked me to put 100 rupees in a box front of him.Though i had money i said "I have no money now and i have paid the registration fees at the counter".He said "If you want l.l.r pay the money other wise its your wish ".As my driving school master said me that there is no other way since there is hardly one month for me to travel to chennai as my college reopens.Finally i paid the money.Though 100 rupees is not a big amount, at an average 100 peoples register for their learner's license every day ,then it is Rs.10000 per day.
RS.220000 per month and
Rs.2440000 per year.Nearly 25 lakhs per year just for putting a signature in learners application.
