I went to RTO office for DL through a Driving School in BTM Bangalore. I saw and verified with my driving school, every member who comes through driving school they are paying rupees 200 per member. This is true, because I have been part of the members who paid bribe with out knowing. i.e. Driving schools building their fee structure which includes the bribe part of RTO. I am not in the position of not giving the bribe, I was not aware my DL School fee included this shame full part also.
Not only DL schools are paying... Every individual are paying the bribe in RTO offices. I am sure most of you knowingly or unknowingly paid bribe in RTO. It's rupees *******
