Small Bribe on Entry Fees

During my Travel from Delhi to UP via Delhi Based Taxi, I opted to pay permit fees (Entry Fees) at Anand Vihar Post (UP Government). The person over there asked me to pay 230 Rs while actual fees was 180 Rs evident from receipt i.e. 50 Rs extra. I complained to him about this but he rudely said "y to yhan jata h" (this is normal here). As i was with my family and it was early morning, i didn't feel like creating a scene out there. Later i surfed on the internet and it turned out to be a general practice. It seems pretty small amount but its NH 24 and one of the busiest highways and no. of Vehicles / Taxi must be huge so does the amount of bribe.
I couldn't check the name of that clerk but as this is a very small amount no one complaint about it and these corrupts get parried away.
