My home owner was in US and I need to get police verification. I manage to get the agreement done and notorized it and while submitting the documents, the police demanded to bring the owner, else some one holding power of attorney else registered agreement which was not possible. I requested a lot as I can provide a email and all my documents but at the end need to pay him bribe.
