The writer asked for a bribe in spite of me presenting all the documents that were required for verification. Since i had already paid 1.5k for passport application i thought there would be no further payment. But as my friends had already informed me if u dont pay u wont clear the verification and that was the case. The official present asked for the bribe directly. My first thought was to say no, but then remembered that i will have to go through the same procedure once again and again if I keep saying no to bribe.
