They asked for Rs 30k and negotiated it to Rs 15k

I was told to pay Rs 30k initially, then came down to Rs 20k then finally agreed to Rs 15k. The brokers are document writers. They all look innocent and plead that they just pawns in the hands of the registrars. I told them that they are the most disgusting set of people and that because of them that this country has gone down the drain and that is why so many people leave the country to be away from them.
