XXXX Traffic warden stopped me for usual check at 10.30AM on 23.04.2018, I was riding a scooty, wearing a helmet, have Driving License ,have insurance, RC card, but PUC got expired. So, I informed the same to traffic warden, he took me to his small office beside the road. He said, expired PUC will be fined INR2000, so I asked him is there any other option to lower the price, I said I can pay half, he said OK, so I gave him INR1000. He took the money and gave to his senior traffic constable and released my lisense and insurance papers. I don't know the names of the officials, as there were too much of hustle coz they were catching lots of motorists.
