I am a student of Ramaiah college, once me and my friend were coming back to room from college, our room is close by hardly 10min by walk, that day we went college on bike cause we have to go little bit early so we thought to go by bike. we didny have the insurance certificate but we thought its only near by we can go and come.
nut there is always two police man use to stand in b.e.l road for them it doesn't even matter that he road is quit busy.
they stop us in the middle of the road we were with out halmet
so he ask to park our bike aside and ask us to show documents
we said sir we are student plz let us go our room in near by.
but all oue request fell on vain. that police man started asking Rs.500 but some how he accepted Rs.200
