Was caught up at the railway crossing in mundwha,pune. thats when i got a call on my mobile. i was on the phone when the gate opened.i was still on the phone crossing the railway track when the police man asked me to get to the side. i did so. he said i had to pay rs 1200 for being on the mobile while driving. i did not have the money on me. he said if you pay rs 500 and dont ask for a receipt you can go. i did that.
