Utmost corroupt Koramangala, bangalore Registartion office

• Registration of Flat or Apartment
• Paid INR 20,000

I had to sheel out 20000 as cash by my builder on pretext on fscilitation fees on registration of my flat in BTM bangalore. Interestingly , the cash was taken indirectly by one of the persons and not the Registration officer himself. Though i saw that person reaching the officer and nodding to him after some time. This is heights of clear cut corruption. Is lok-ayukta Mr Hedge listening. Please sir, you are the olny hope left for common people. Please Act.
