I am planning to build the house in my village for my mother.
In that village we are single digit peoples who're studied and those are out from the village.
For parents i am building the house.
I applied for the housing loan to build the house. for that i went to get the approval. that guy has fixed rate for all the people. for me he asked 2k. i asked the reason for that amount he says you are going to get the loan for more than a lacks why can not able to pay and he says if you are not able to pay you have to pay panchayat more than 10k and that process will take more than a months.i wanted urgently so i paid and get the work done. even i am person for anti corruption that situation made me to pay.
I was trying to get the person back for corruption but i enquired about that person people says he ask money for every thing. even people go and ask some help from village panchayat with government sponsors plans too.
