i recently started an education consultancy in rajkot, i wanted to do everything legally so i needed a shop act license, for that i applied i was told that it would take less than 28 days, after 2 months in made an enquiry, they said the file is with the " babu", i called babu, he requested a personal meeting, during which he stated that he does not need any money, but i have to make a donation of 20,000 to " ********** *****", to which i requested and at the end i had to pay 5000 rs to radhuvir sena for a piece of paper, no wonder india is ranked 166th from 183 countries in the world to start a business.
