By mistake i over jumped a traffic signal light and was caught by the policeman. He refused to take the money and give me a receipt. he Said either i could pay him 100 rs and go or submit my license and go to the court. I told him was travelling for a next couple of days and i am ready to pay the fine now. he refused and asked me to submit my license. Finally i had to give him 100 without a receipt. What can one do in such a situation?
