While I was struggling to buy a flat for over 3 years, the dream finally came true in the month of Dec 2007. I got the property registered by paying over 1.5 lacs in taxes and 16k to in a neatly packed cover to one of the ********* in the registration department. Guess what!!!! Even after having paid that 1.5 lacs in taxes and 16k to the ******* I dont have my access road asphalted!!!!
