In the RTO office of Bhagalpur, Bihar i was being asked for bribe in form of charges which were much greater than usual govt. charges. During the process whenever i went there i had to pay some money. Additionally they unnecessarily delay the process to get some additional bribe as everyone wants to get their work done.
