CHALLAN WITHOUT CHALLAN RECEIPT, So pathetic
I was going towards my ********** and had just crossed a signal where it was green, though a traffic police asked me to stop, so did i.then he accused me that i broke the signal nd asked me to pay him the challan of 150 bucks or pay him some bribe... as i was not wromg so i argued which caused some public to gather to see the drama. still shamelessly he was asking me to bribe and then i saw that he didnt have any challan bill so i asked him to make my challan prepared. then he said me to bribe only 50 instead of paying a huhe amount of 150 nd my reply was " if i did a mistake by breaking the signal then why should i do another mistake by bribing u instead of paying challan" he got in dillema n started to abuse but because of public he left me without getting a single penny
