FIR Not filed becaue we did not paid Bribe

Dear All,

Just want to bring to attention of the users, I reside in Navimumbai, and my wife was the Victim of Chain snatching, when we approached police station, it was a nightmare as if we are visiting a DON house, atlast we tried to give FIR but it was outrightly rejected becasue we did not pay any BRIBE...hope this country will change.
